Warranty Limitations:

This device meets original factory specifications for electrical performance. The 90 Day Limited Warranty covers functionality of the device such as: Power up, Button Functionality, Software Defects, and Touchscreen Functionality (if applicable). This Limited Product Warranty does not extend to any Product which has been damaged or rendered defective:

(1) as result of the use of the Product other than for its normal intended use, failure to use the Product in accordance with the User’s Manual that accompanies the Product, or other misuse, abuse, or negligence to the Product,

(2)by the use of parts not originally included with the system at the system at the point parts,

(3)by modification of the Product

(4)as the result of repairs by someone other than an authorized repair facility,

(5)improper transportation or packaging when returning the Product or

(6)improper installation of third-party parts,

(7)Physical damage and abuse caused by customer will NOT be covered, including but not limited to: Water Damage, Glass Breakage, Cracked Housing/Frame, Bent or Broken Ports, “Jail-Breaking” or “Rooting” the Operating System, if the device was charged by a non-oem power adapter and caused battery failure, or destruction via “acts of nature” ie flood, fire etc.

This Limited Product Warranty does not extend to expendable parts, accessories, or cosmetic parts. Expendable parts, accessories, and cosmetic parts are those items that are not specifically invoiced or that during the course of normal Product usage will require periodic replacement (plastics, mouse, cable, etc).

Under the 90 Day Limited Warranty, service company reserves the right to troubleshoot via phone call. If troubleshooting does not resolve the issue, a technical repair/fix may be required. Customer is responsible for shipping the device to and from the repair center.  Proof of purchase is necessary for claim processing.
